More Nicky-isms

"Claus it" means to put a movie on hold while I go to the kitchen to get a drink of milk.

"Picmic" is the term used for smaller trucks that are used to haul furniture or wood from house to house.

"Auboley" is a silly term I made up to make my mom laugh!

"Hot Rod" refers to all cars of cooler, more awesome colors that happen to drive by or be parked near by. This could be a true hot rod or just a car with an awesome paint job.

"Fraveritt" means that, at this moment, I enjoy this particular item in my hand or on the TV.

Hot Rods and Jumpy Houses

Our church just turned 25 years old. Daddy helped me count that high the other day. It's a lot.

We went to the party and saw Hot Rods and played in the jumpy house. My cousin Jacob and I went with Mommy and Daddy. We had lots of fun.

I'll show you some pictures tomorrow.

English needs an update

Mommy's always teaching me new words and phrases. Sometimes though, I think that they can be improved upon. I'll list a couple of the ones that Mommy has taught me and my improvements. Let me know what you think.

Tunnel (just not enough punch)
Tundel (it's got a better flow)

Thanks (come on, everyone says it like that)
Fanks (I own this word)

You're welcome (this has the same thing going for it as "thanks.")
Yellcome (quicker and still to the point.)

Pretzel (this word is far too old and needs updating)
Prinzel (fresh word for a delicious snack)

Pickup truck (something with 4 wheels and a cab)
Picnic truck (one of my favorite things on 4 wheels!)

Courtesy flush (Daddy stinks on the potty)
Cursory flesh (I'm not quite sure what this means, but I think it just sounds better)

I'll try to think of more ways to bring the English language a breath of fresh air. When I do, I'll let you know.

Fanks for reading.

Nicky Boo

You are perfectly everything
I ever hoped a boy could be;
With bugs and snails
And trains de-railed
And "Wake up, Mommy! One, tyu, fwee!"

You think spiders are fun
As they climb all over you,
Tickling your toes;
Wriggling your nose;
And frogs are the best thing at the zoo.

"Air are you, Mommy? I hineen
from you!" you shout from my room.
Under the sheets
I see some feets.
Tickling and Peek-A-Boo will resume.

"Mutween" is the fastest race car around.
"Ump twucks" are cool too.
"Byue byue's" are sad
But I'm so glad
That you are my sweet Nicky-Boo!

This is a test for the emergency broadcast systems.

NOT REALLY! Nick is napping and this is his first post on his own site!
